Dubert Consulting is a US-based marketing consultancy operated by Scot Dubert. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how our internal tools handle data (including data accessed from Google services), and how to contact us.

Information collected on this website

The contact form collects what you submit: your name, email address, and optionally your company, area of interest, and message. Submissions are delivered to us by email and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Site measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site visits: which pages were viewed, where the visit came from, device type, browser, and country. The tool sets no cookies and does not follow you from one site to another, and we only ever see summed numbers, never a profile of you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Internal tools and Google account data

Dubert Consulting operates internal software used by our own staff to manage advertising accounts for our clients. This software connects to Google services (including the Google Ads API) through Google's OAuth authorization.

• What it accesses: advertising account data (such as campaign settings, performance reports, and search terms) for accounts under our own manager account, with the account owner's authorization.
• How it is used: solely to manage, report on, and optimize those advertising accounts. Changes to accounts are made only with human review and approval.
• Storage and protection: data is stored on our own systems with access limited to Dubert Consulting.
• What we do not do: we do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond servicing the accounts it came from.
• Revoking access: authorization can be revoked at any time from a Google account's third-party access settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

Contact-form emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Advertising data is retained only as long as needed to service the related client engagement.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address below.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
